This is an AWESOME podcast. A way to feed kids without falling into the trap of ‘good’ and ‘bad’ as it relates to popular (and unhealthy) diets. I especially liked the mention about mashed cauliflower as a way to work towards more Mediterranean, and the clear message this is NOT because mashed potatoes are unhealthy. Quick and easy hacks in this episode
