In this episode Jen takes a deep dive into The Division of Responsibility, a feeding model coined by Ellyn Satter and one of the most important things to do when you've got a picky eater. Jen talks about all four aspects including the parent deciding what food is being served, when that food is being served, the child deciding if they are going to eat the food and how much to eat. Jen also addresses snacking and how to handle snacks with your child using the Division of Responsibility and utilizing a feeding schedule. In our new series "Jen, What's Cooking?"
