Suggestions, Comments, or Questions?
We've talked about so many nutrition topics on this podcast so far, but we haven't dug into the basics of MyPlate! This is the healthy eating guide that replaced the old Food Pyramid. I don't think I've done a single counseling session without referencing it. On Jen, Is This Healthy we'll get into rice cakes and how you can bulk them up to make them actually satisfying!
