High cholesterol in children is something Jen is seeing more and more in her practice so it's time for some education on cholesterol, how it affects our bodies, and some of the best ways to keep our cholesterol levels low. Plus, we provide some education on different types of fats including saturated fat, trans fats, and unsaturated fats, and how the consumption of these different fats affects our cholesterol levels.
