Heavy metals in baby food has been a big deal for a while now, but we thought it was finally time to address it, why it happens, and what you can do to limit your child's exposure to heavy metals. While it might seem scary to hear that there are heavy metals in our food, there are a few different ways you can limit the amount of exposure your child gets. In this episode, we also talk a little bit about organic baby food and whether that is an effective way to limit heavy metal exposure in children.
