Suggestions, Comments, or Questions?

In this week’s episode, we are focusing on Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, otherwise known as PCOS. While there is still a lot we don't know about PCOS, some of the factors that have been shown to help manage symptoms, decrease the risk of developing related medical conditions, and support an all-around healthy lifestyle are nutrition and physical activity. In our episode, we will educate about PCOS and what it is, and then talk about how you can use physical activity and nutrition to improve your quality of life with PCOS and help manage your symptoms through lifestyle choices.
