The Low FODMAP Diet
Suggestions, Comments, or Questions?
This week’s episode is on a restrictive and temporary diet that was created for individuals with Irritable Bowel Syndrome otherwise known as IBS. Join us for our conversation about why this diet was created, how it works, and what it might look like to go on this diet. One of the most important things to know about the low FODMAP diet is that it is meant to be temporary and should always be done under the supervision of a registered dietitian who can help to make sure there are no nutrient deficiencies happening during the course of the elimination period of the diet.
