When A Little Pressure to Eat is Okay
Suggestions, Comments, or Questions?
This week’s episode is a little different than our past episodes. We are talking about the situations when pressuring kids to eat might actually be helpful. While we always preach about not pressuring, there is some nuance when it comes to pressure around food. Since there are so many different messages on social media about feeding kids, we are also going to address some of those messages and give some examples of Instagram vs reality in this episode. As we discuss in this episode, it is very important to know the right way to approach feeding situations with kids to make sure that meal times stay a positive and stress-free experience.
