Orthorexia
Suggestions, Comments, or Questions?
This week, we are talking about Orthorexia, which is a pattern of disordered eating behaviors related to extreme healthy eating and a fear of any foods that are not deemed “clean” by the individual. We talk about signs and symptoms and what are some of the best ways to help someone who may be struggling with these disordered eating behaviors. If you or someone you know has some of these behaviors, please reach out to a registered dietitian or a therapist who can help.
